The Job

As Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful management of events at designated Milestone venues.One of the benefits of working at Milestone is your opportunity to work at different sites within our growing network.We generate inquires and prequalify the client.You conduct site tours, manage the planning and execution of the event, interfacing with the client, the site and the vendors throughout the process.

This is a full time hourly position, plus overtime, incentive compensation, and paid time off.

About You

You have excellent customer service awareness as well as outstanding written and verbal skills with a high expectation for quality.

Being detail-oriented isn’t a sound bite; it’s one of your strongest qualities.

Managing event timelines, vendor schedules, rental orders, and site plans are just part of your day.

You enjoy being involved in several projects at once, and you are talented at managing expectations and your own time.

You thrive in a team environment, but you’re also willing and able to take the lead.

You are friendly, approachable, and you exude confidence and composure when communicating with site personnel, vendors, clients and event guests.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

You can lift a case of wine (not kidding), and be on your feet, with a smile on your face, for many hours when needed.

You are open to trying new ways of reaching your goals and exploring new ways to do what you do better.

You are willing to share your ideas in an environment open to trying and testing them in the quest for improvement and excellence.
